Operations Coordinator

We're hiring an Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading technology and digital services company. In this role, you'll patrol shuttle routes to detect hazards, serve as the first responder to incidents, support AV testing and recovery procedures, and monitor infrastructure such as shuttle stops and roadside equipment.  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Route Patrolling & Hazard Detection

• Conduct regular patrols along AV shuttle routes to identify and report potential risks such as road closures, construction, obstructions, illegally parked vehicles, unsafe pedestrian behavior, or adverse environmental conditions.
• Use digital tools to log issues and provide real‑time alerts to the control center.

2. Incident Response & Safety Management

• Act as the first responder to incidents involving AVs, passengers, or public concerns.
