Customer Loyalty Specialist CLS scope includes a variety of customer retention functions for TELUS FFH Connected Home product offerings, covering negotiation of offers, proactive outbound dialing of targeted campaigns, customer account support and/or customer service management with a key focus on creating client value and loyalty.

Retain customer base with a measured approach to cost of retention spend and balancing ARPU to ensure we remain profitable and positioned well in our journey to increase likelihood to recommend
