As part of our regional expansion, we are establishing our Malaysia Customer Experience & Operations Centre in Johor Bahru.

We are seeking a mature, structured, and performance-driven leader to take full ownership of Customer Experience Operations — from booking and installation coordination to after-sales governance and reputation management.

This role requires operational authority, strong reporting discipline, and escalation maturity.
