As the Development Operations Lead, you'll serve as the Integrator for the Development Team within the EOS (Traction) framework—owning process, accountability, and execution discipline across a 9-person technical team. Your mission: create a high-performing system where commitments are met, quality is consistent, and work flows smoothly across time zones.
