Key Responsibilities
Lead the Operations team (OTR, Drayage, Inland).
Establish clear performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly KPIs).
Supervise margin per load and cost control.
Implement strict risk management protocols (carrier vetting, fraud prevention, compliance).
Standardize SOPs and internal processes.
Reduce operational errors and claims.
Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure profitable execution.
Implement structured performance reporting.
Design a scalable operational growth plan.
