The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple sites, ensuring achievement of financial, operational, and client service objectives. This role drives strategic execution, operational excellence, workforce optimization, and leadership development while maintaining high standards of performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The Operations Director will serve as a key member of the leadership team, aligning site performance with overall business goals.

1. Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites to ensure consistent service delivery and performance standards.
• Drive achievement of KPIs including productivity, quality, CSAT, SLA compliance, and revenue targets.
• Standardize best practices across sites to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead performance reviews and business reviews with stakeholders.
