Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale complex, multi-client operational delivery within a high-growth, distributed services environment. This role requires a strategic operator with deep experience in BPO or shared services, capable of building scalable frameworks, leading large remote teams, and driving operational excellence.
