Monitor system performance for high‑traffic and cloud-based environments using PagerDuty.
Respond quickly to alerts to maintain optimal uptime.
Use monitoring tools such as InfluxDB and Graylog for log analysis and metrics review.
Troubleshoot issues in real time and provide immediate response to incidents.
Work with DevOps teams to identify and close infrastructure gaps.
Coordinate with QA and Development teams to ensure smooth daily deployments and module updates.
Deploy patches, releases, and system changes using Jenkins.
Maintain and improve CI pipelines (build, test, package).
Work within Agile, CI/CD environments using tools like Git.
Act proactively to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
