Job Description

Handle 2nd-level operational tasks and incidents for Microsoft-based environments
Support and maintain Azure services and infrastructure
Collaborate with developers on deployments, automation, and monitoring
Participate in continuous improvement of processes and system reliability
Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation within the team
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service continuity
