Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the availability, performance optimization, and continuous delivery of the pharmaceutical collaboration SaaS platform hosted on AWS.
2. Handle operational incidents and requests, continuously improving operational service capabilities through effective solutions, covering day-to-day operations of compute, storage, networking, databases, and middleware.
3. Stay updated with new public cloud operation technologies and drive their adoption to enhance overall operational efficiency and capabilities.
4. Write and maintain infrastructure operations documentation, including technical documents in both English and Chinese.
5. Collaborate with global teams, using both Chinese and English for technical communication, issue alignment, and reporting.
