Operations Events Executive

The Operations Events Executive plays a vital role in the seamless planning and execution of events and leisure programs under the EasyChef Lab (ECL) and Sunday Luxe. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow, excellent guest experience XCJCXUX, and efficient coordination of logistics from pre-event to post-event stages. The Executive is expected to align closely with the academy's three strategic directives: driving positive cashflow for growth by supporting revenue-generating activities and managing event resources effectively; contributing to a lean and productive operation by optimizing workflows and minimizing waste; and embracing digital transformation through the use of digital tools for event coordination, customer engagement, and process automation.
