Job Description (Summary)
Leads process improvement initiatives, ensures ISO compliance, monitors KPIs, and drives efficiency across departments.
Main Responsibilities:
· Map and improve workflows/SOPs
· Lead root-cause analyses & corrective actions
· Track KPIs and build dashboards
· Support ISO audits & documentation
· Standardize processes across sites
· Lead improvement projects (TAT, cost, errors, service quality)
Qualifications:
· Industrial Engineering / Business / Operations
· Experience in process documentation & analysis
· Strong Excel/analytics skills
· ISO or Lean Six Sigma background (preferred)
