Operations Executive (3rd Party Logistics Warehouse)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd . The Operations Executive will be responsible to oversee day-to-day logistics operations, manage inventory and coordinate jobs with the logistics partners.

Responsibilities

1. Act as coordinator for logistics matters between internal departments and external customers.
2. Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
3. Oversee warehouse operations and supervise inbound, outbound and VAS efforts by the team.
4. Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the MHE and overall safety compliance.
5. Attend to customers’ enquires and requests and keep customers fully informed on GRN, GI and delivery status.
6. Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI meetings to present progress and KPI scorecards to customers.
7. When necessary, operate MHE to assist operations. ...
