Operations Executive

The Operations role oversees the internal systems and day to day routine operations. This role ensures that all behind-the-scenes functions, from inventory and maintenance to vendor coordination and class scheduling.

Operational Systems & Coordination

• Oversee all backend operational processes, ensuring smooth alignment between front-end and backend teams.
• Maintain, document and optimize SOP documentation, ensuring all operational staffs are trained and compliant with the latest standards.
• Support marketing campaigns setup in Momence, including promo codes, class credits, and redemption tracking.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure class descriptions, event banners, and event schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure all online inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally .
