As part of the business operations team, you will be working closely with the team to plan and execute TADA's strategy and business plans. You will be challenged to find solutions, make data-driven decisions for complex problems and have a chance to lead and shape various initiatives to empower our external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to push boundaries, experiment new ideas and embrace learning to take on the impossible and drive growth in this ever-changing, fast-paced niche industry.

• Spearhead strategic campaigns and initiatives to build strong relationships with TADA's drivers, develop insights, and drive acquisition and retention initiatives.
