Operations Executive, Bukit Merah (Night Shift)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle daily collection incidents and driver feedback from routes. Conduct daily checks on GPS, address driver feedback immediately, and obtain sign-off of the route sheet by the respective Function Executive to confirm route completion.
• Break down routes and assign ad-hoc CP collection trips during resource shortages.
• Manage Drivers and Crews rest day, off days, annual leave and medical leave as well as ensure sufficient resources to deploy all routes.
• Update Route Sheet from SNF to ensure the Route Sheet is up to date for operational use.
• Prepare and generate ESO for scheduled CP collection trips.
• Conduct monthly physical checks on trucks assigned to the role.
• Conduct twice-weekly ground checks on operation routes.
• Attend to and conduct partial, objective investigations of vehicular/property accidents and prepare the necessary reports for circulation.
