Operations Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle booking and arrangement for restaurant, land tour and transportation
• Manage, purchase and issuing of attraction tickets through B2B portal
• Manage booking and payment of meal coupons
• Advanced documentation preparation for rooming list and tickets prior to the customers' arrival, departure and tours
• Guide & Tour Assignment with guide schedule distribution
• Ensure seamless communication with Japan JTB sales office and other channels about their booking
• Timely update of report for local optional land tours booking
• Handle appointment arrangement for shooting tour
• Attend site inspection and delivery
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Experience & Skill-set required:

• Work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry is advantage
