We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Executive (Cleaning) to join our dynamic team at TOH CHIN LEONG CONSTRUCTIONPTE LTD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our cleaning operations in the Central Region, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate the daily cleaning operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
2. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, within the agreed timelines
3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service
4. Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient cleaning processes and protocols
