Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing operational controls and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Identify process gaps and prepare recommendations for improvement.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of approved operational enhancements with related parties.
- Support the coordination of the annual target-setting process by collecting and consolidating data from related departments.
- Assist in preparing draft sections of the annual corporate business plan.
- Follow up with Sales Department regarding their monthly plan.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, highlight risks and opportunities, and suggest corrective actions.
- Follow up with related departments to ensure all corrective actions are being followed.
- Consolidate branch sales reports and ensure timely submission to management.
- Share performance insights and best practices across branches when requested.
