Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities

GAC Singapore is an important Hub Agency Centre that provides comprehensive hub agency services to ships throughout the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will co-ordinate and attend to our principal's port agency requirements in the Asia Pacific Region.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordination and monitoring of portcalls
• Port cost proforma verification
• Identifying and negotiation of cost savings
• Monitoring of vessels portcall
• Preparing reports as required
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Maritime / Shipping is preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Possess relevant working experience in shipping and maritime. Candidates with experience in maritime/shipping industries or related job function eg, commercial, operations are encouraged to apply.
