Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of daily tasks, managing documentation, and providing essential operational support to various departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls and send emails for missing editions.
• Coordinate with teams to confirm delivery or non-delivery of content.
• Maintaining records in MS Excel sheet.
• Prepare work reports required by Supervisor.
• Conduct daily meetings with teams and Supervisors regarding work progress.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by authorities.
