Operations Executive
to support
day-to-day operations

data tracking

project coordination

social media execution
— helping ensure the business runs with structure, accuracy, and consistency.

This role works closely with the founder and consultants and plays a key role in keeping priorities on track as we grow.

• Support recruitment operations and administrative workflows
• Manage candidate and client records across internal systems
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, and follow-ups
• Support invoicing, placement documentation, and payment tracking
