• Manage all inquiries and maritime cargo operations
• Keep an eye on client and vendor emails, calls, and texts.
• Obtain DO from client and respond to email
• Verify the stock availability on DO and notify the customer.
• Make contact with the appropriate agency and share contact details and emails with them.
• If necessary, make plans to pick up supply from nearby vendors.
• Keep track of inventory for movement in and out.
• Keep a watchful eye on the supply boat and vessel arrival status.
• Verify the boat arrangements if necessary.
• Set up the paperwork and transportation for loading
• Make sure the customer is updated with all additional costs.
• Retrieve the endorsed vessel. DO once loading is complete.
• File all paperwork correctly after the project is finished
• Any additional ad hoc tasks that management assigns
