Operations Executive (Marine Sector)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational planning and workforce deployment to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower and resources
• Work closely with the General Manager to execute operational plans and meet project schedules
• Monitor job progress and ensure all assignments are completed within stipulated timelines
• Liaise with clients on deployment arrangements and operational requirements
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers to support service delivery
• Coordinate logistics support for deployed workers, including transportation and meal arrangements
• Manage and schedule company vehicles and drivers to support operational needs
• Collaborate with Commercial and Purchasing departments to support job execution and material readiness
