About the Job:

Road Network department implements, manages and develops the Group's strategies in relations to the Product offering as well as provides the services of Cross-Border & Local Trucking and plays a critical role in the cross border trucking (CBT) Network linking Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand Vietnam & China.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Book trucks with sub-contractors, load planning, coordinate shipments via Road Transportation for both Local and Cross Border.
• To open job for shipment in NxG, follow up with Permit subcon/GFF JB office for SG permits, provide copy to customers and follow up on PODs as required.
• Physical handling/checking of cargo, as required
• Communication with Customers and Road Network for day-to-day shipments

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 2-5 years of Freight experience preferred
• Good working knowledge of Customs Permit Declaration and process
