Operations Executive (Payment Services)

Overview

As part of the pioneer team driving the launch and growth of iFAST Pay’s payment services, the Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer experience across our e-money ecosystem, including wallet, QR payments, remittance, and prepaid card services.

Responsibilities

Payment Services & Operations

• Serve as a key member of the pioneer team for the payment services launch and subsequent expansion.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Compliance, IT, Finance, Customer Service) and external stakeholders (e.g., PayNet, VISA/Mastercard, card vendors, processors, payment partners) to ensure readiness and success of product rollouts.
• Monitor and manage end-to-end payment processes (wallet top-ups, transfers, QR payments, remittances, card transactions) to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and seamless customer experience.
