Mutiara Security Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and responsible Operations Executive to manage and oversee daily security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, maintain strong client relationships, and supervise security personnel to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily security operations across assigned sites
• Coordinate and deploy security personnel effectively
• Conduct site inspections and spot checks
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements
• Prepare reports on incidents, attendance, and operational updates
• Liaise with clients regarding operational matters
• Handle disciplinary matters and staff performance issues
• Attend meetings and provide operational briefings
• Travel to sites when required
