Operations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operations Executive to be stationed at one of our fitness venues. You will be the on-the-ground face of the business - keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting our trainers and clients, and ensuring accurate reporting back to management. . Coordinate trainer schedules and ensure SOPs are followed . Ensure sessions and client data are accurately logged on Mindbody . Liaise with venue operators on bookings, access, and day-to-day usage . Oversee opening/closing, venue readiness, and general upkeep . Uphold health, safety, and incident reporting standards Client & Front-of-House
