Operations Executive

We are supporting a well-established international energy trading organisation in Singapore that is expanding its physical operations team. This role sits within the trading support function and is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of middle distillates cargoes, working closely with traders and external counterparties to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant delivery.

What you will be doing:

You will manage the day-to-day physical operations and logistics for middle distillates trading, including products such as gasoil and diesel. The role covers cargo execution from pre-fixture through to post-delivery, ensuring activities are carried out in line with contractual terms, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with terminals, surveyors, shipowners, agents, and suppliers on loading, discharge, storage, and blending activities. You will prepare and manage operational and shipping documentation, monitor invento...
