Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual with strong interpersonal skills to join a reputable firm as a Trade Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will handle shipping and LC documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping documentation with suppliers and shipping lines, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted promptly.
• Prepare sales and purchase contracts, as well as invoices, in accordance with agreed trading terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to monitor and manage shipment schedules.
• Handle import and export documentation under Letters of Credit (LC), including timely preparation and submission.
• Prepare LC documentation and manage negotiations with banks to ensure compliance with terms.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular updates on shipment status to relevant stakeholders.
