The Job

• Follow company procedures and guidelines for all export and import processes.
• Prepare, review, and manage all shipping documents, permits, and related paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation (HAWB labels, seal numbers, etc.).
• Handle general shipping functions, including system data entry and updates.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments with stakeholders (subcontractors, airlines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas offices).
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
