Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily catering and event operations
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution
Prepare event operational plans, manpower deployment, and logistics arrangements
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely setup and teardown of events
Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational supplies
Handle on-site event supervision when required
Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
Prepare operational reports and post-event evaluations
Support operations planning during peak periods and large-scale events
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Events Management, or related fields
