Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Issue contractual agreements for sales and purchases post-transaction.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with traders to address any discrepancies, missing details, or inappropriate terms etc.
Thoroughly examine master Letters of Credit (LC) to verify compliance with all terms before prompting customers to initiate LC.
Coordinate timely opening of LC prior to shipment.
Prepare necessary customs documentation for clearance procedures.
Compile and present documentation for sales LC.
Create document instructions for brokers, owners, or suppliers.
Provide timely updates on vessel movements to suppliers and buyers.
Calculate and file claims for any demurrage charges incurred.
Monitor payment and settlement progress.
Maintain an organized filing system for every shipment.
Job Requirements:
Experience in oil industry is advantageous.
