Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organisation!

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational activities spanning IT support, procurement, facilities, and vendor management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive operational efficiency and ensure an organised, productive work environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, process improvement, and workstation setup.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues to minimise operational downtime.
• Oversee operational expenses, track spending against budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Consolidate invoices for the finance team monthly.
