Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• To collaborate closely with Performance Manager and Ops.
• In charge of creating operational key performance indicators (KPIs), such as idle time, port productivity, berth productivity, and crane intensity.
• The individual bears the responsibility of overseeing the bunker consumption of boats in close collaboration with the Performance Manager.
• To guarantee seamless vessel-berth cooperation that leads to bunker efficiency, maintain tight communication with the local operations team and Vessel Command. We would be able to recover on the vessel schedule and further our bunker‑saving efforts if we could acquire a lower berth while waiting.
• Tracking KPIs and enhancing patterns in performance.
• Familiar with weather routing software.
• Proficiency in decarbonisation and Carbon Intensity Indicators (CII) alignment.
