Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Executive (Freight) to join our dynamic team at Inter-Continental Freight Pte Ltd. In this full-time role based in the Bukit Batok West Region, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our freight forwarding business, ensuring efficient and seamless delivery of goods for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, clear communication across multiple channels
• Orchestrate end-to-end import and export shipment logistics, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with international agents to navigate complex shipping regulations across diverse markets
