Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate charter vessel arrangements and related matters.
• Work with external shipbrokers to secure suitable vessels.
• Prepare and manage all shipping-related documents and ensure all documentation complies with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with insurers and insurance brokers on the insurance matters.
• Liaise with warehouse operators, trucking companies and inspection agencies.
• Provide daily operational reports.
• Other tasks assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-3 years relevant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Commodities products and business is most preferred.
• Able to speak/write in Mandarin as need to liaise with clients from China counterpart who speak/write in Mandarin.
• Task driven.
• Detailed and meticulous in handling documents. <...
