Operations Executive

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a high-energy, multifaceted Operations Executive to join their venture capital team. This is not a typical back-office role; you will be the Managing Partner's right-hand, directly involved in the heartbeat of our investments and the growth of our portfolio companies.
You will navigate an unstructured, fast-paced environment where your day could range from analyzing a new deal to organizing a high-impact founder event, or traveling to support a portfolio company on-site. We are looking for a future leader who aspires to move up the ranks to General Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Value Add: Actively work with our portfolio companies to identify their needs and provide strategic/operational support.
Investment Involvement: Assist in the end-to-end investment process, from initial sourcing and due diligence to closing and post-investment monitoring.
