Key Responsibilities Manage daily service scheduling and technician deployment 
Ensure 100% compliance with NEA & SFA regulations 
Conduct site audits and quality inspections 
Review pest trend reports and implement corrective actions 
Handle customer complaints and escalation cases 
Lead and train technicians 
Ensure proper chemical usage and safety compliance 
Monitor KPIs and service performance
