Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational activities for HQ and other Singapore subsidiaries, namely:
• Ensure trades & journals are booked/loaded in back-office system accurately and promptly for processing.
• Ensure customers statements are accurate and issued on a timely manner.
• Ensure timely settlements and resolve any transactional or settlement issues.
• Perform trade, position and equity reconciliation between internal system against brokers/ counterparties and resolve any discrepancies.
