Operations Executive

Job Purpose

The Senior/ Executive, Operations supports the Head of Operations in the planning and operationalising of each CCA Project and other Assisted Living services.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Head of Operations for the CCAs which includes those in operations and in planning. Alternate project manager in their absence.
2. Assist the Community Manager for CCAs in operations including coordinating with all internal & external stakeholders to enable the site operations to function optimally.
3. Programmes formulation and management – co-ordinate with stakeholders (e.g. VWOs) for each CCA site to deliver model of care and services in a sustainable manner. Tasks include monitoring, budgeting and performance management to achieve desired results as formulated.
4. Support the HQ team in all matters relating to the strategic objectives of the CCAs and other Assisted Living services projects.
