What You Will Deliver To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients To be responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver co-ordination Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain a designed staffing pattern Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database To consolidate the order to maximize the use of truck and vehicle Responsible for on-time connections from WH Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations Who You Are Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry will be a plus Having project experience will be a plus Proficient in typing in Chinese and English as there are different groups of clients/customers from different backgrounds Fundamental M...
