Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock accuracy, and raise purchase orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies at all times.
Oversee shipping and receiving functions and maintain organized backroom operations.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and schedule repairs; identify and report facility issues.
Lead and motivate the team, supporting performance appraisals and recruitment when required.
Participate in daily meetings and share best practices to drive continuous improvement.
