About the Role:

We are a portfolio of two fast-growing companies:

• Interrupt Media: A B2B Digital Marketing & AI Agency (Practices: Glean, RevOps, Content, Demand Gen).
• Brass Animals: A National Entertainment Agency (14 concepts, 40 cities).

We need a Portfolio Manager to act as the Right Hand to the CEO. You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Resource Management . Your goal is to ensure both companies are Profitable and Efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilization & Profitability: You will own our Accelo & Asana environments. You will work with the Business Unit Leads (Glean, RevOps, Content, DG) to track billable hours vs. capacity. You don't just report the numbers; you fix the gaps.
