Operations & Growth Executive

We are a growing UK-based accounting firm building a smarter way of working. This is a dual-function role — split equally between driving our sales pipeline and keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Half your time will be spent fuelling our outreach engine: building prospect lists, managing campaigns, and keeping our CRM sharp. The other half will support the directors with the operational tasks that keep the business moving — document preparation, workflow management, client coordination, and internal administration.

This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable being proactive and reactive — disciplined enough to protect their sales time, and organised enough to keep the ops side on track without dropping balls.
