SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking an Operations & Growth Manager to act as the operational backbone and second-in-command to the Founder. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building systems, driving operational efficiency, and enabling business growth.
This is not an administrative role — you will own internal systems, CRM automation, e-commerce workflows, inventory management, and cross-functional team accountability. You will ensure the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and at scale.

Strong CRM experience and automation skills
Advanced Google Sheets (dashboards, formulas, logic)
Shopify e-commerce experience
Experience with inventory systems (Cin7/DEAR preferred)
