Operations Head

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Animal Science, Industrial

Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5–10 years of experience in food manufacturing or poultry operations.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, and quality control systems.

• Experience in handling large teams in plant operations.

• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
