Operations Head

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively promote the Bank's products and services within the community and nearby areas
Loans and sales generation for all bank products and services
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach
Conduct market research and trends; create strategies to answer current market issues
Monitors actual performance of the bank against set target
Review and analyze the actual performance of all branches (SPO and URO)
Validates regular bank reports and transactional requests
Manages the implementation of compliance and risk management strategies
Identifies probable compliance vulnerability and risk areas based on corporate compliance standards
Develops resolution of risk issues in coordination with Compliance
Develops and implements risk reduction and business continuity plans
Ensures that all security risks have correspanding preventive and contingency plans
