KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively promote the Bank's products and services within the community and nearby areas
• Loans and sales generation for all bank products and services
• Develop and execute
  effective sales and marketing strategies
  to expand market reach
• Conduct market research and trends; create strategies to answer current market issues
• Monitors actual performance of the bank against set target
• Review and analyze the actual performance of all branches (SPO and URO)
• Validates regular bank reports and transactional requests
• Manages the implementation of compliance and risk management strategies
• Identifies probable compliance vulnerability and risk areas based on corporate compliance standards
• Develops resolution of risk issues in coordination with Compliance
• Develops and implements risk reduction and business continuity plans
