Operations & HR Manager (Startup Lead)

Role Summary

As the Head of Operations, you will be the architect of the company's internal and external systems. You will execute the CEO's vision by managing high-level partnerships, overseeing the tech roadmap, and preparing the company for investor scrutiny. You will also have full oversight of HR to ensure every team member adheres to the high ethical standards and good faith required by the company.
